Training thoughts

The point I often see missing from issues like this is that educational institutions need better systems in place to stop the rumor mills, hurtful gossip, and professional bullying. Where does HR fall into this other than promoting fear of losing one's job?

What kind of training do you think might be useful and practical for this?
